Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in strategic technology partnerships or corp dev.
• Track record of closing deals with real structure and terms.
• Fluency in modern data stack and AI developer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic partnerships (LLMs, hyperscalers, AI tools).
• Perform market analysis and due diligence with quantitative support.
• Structure deals: term sheets, rev share, data licensing, API embedding.
