Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in procurement.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or NACM certifications preferred.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, and performance management preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
