Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, evaluate performance, and coach staff.
• Coordinate daily activities, set work schedules, and cross-train employees.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
• Review contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals.
• Manage supplier certification processes and review vendor performance.
• Mentor on outsourcing practices and drive value creation.
• Analyze facility management spend and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead negotiations and maintain contracts with national and regional providers.
