Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier relationships in a dynamic environment. The role emphasizes reducing costs while ensuring on-time delivery and quality of materials for global operations.

Ideal candidates will bring 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong MRP knowledge, and excellent negotiation skills. Domestic/international travel is required, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork and process

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP parameters and data.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with inventory control techniques and software.
• Strong communication and negotiation with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Implement stocking models and maintain optimal levels.
• Procurement: Create and manage purchase orders, track orders, coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships and address performance issues.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, Finance to align purchasing with schedules.
• Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally 5-10%.
• Physical Requirements: Lift 25 lbs, stand 25% of day, sit 75% of day.
