LATICRETE International is a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, seeking a Procurement professional to optimize inventory and supplier performance. This role focuses on MRP-driven purchasing, demand planning collaboration, and cost-effective supply chain execution.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in procurement or inventory roles, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a commitment to ethical sourcing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or finance required.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and stocking strategies to meet demand and service goals.
• Execute MRP-driven purchase actions and create/track purchase orders.
• Resolve supplier issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to align purchasing with production schedules and cash flow.
• Support supplier performance tracking and ethical sourcing initiatives.
