LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, seeks a Buyer to optimize purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance. You will ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets while collaborating with planning, operations, and finance teams across multiple sites.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong MRP knowledge, and excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Travel domestically 5-10% may be expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with MRP-driven purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management (35%): model stocking, review and adjust stock levels, monitor risk and safety stock, maintain master data.
• Procurement (30%): execute purchase orders, manage inbound logistics, confirm acknowledgments, resolve supplier issues.
• Supplier Relationship Management (10%): build reliable supplier collaborations, track performance, promote ethical sourcing.
• Collaboration (25%): coordinate with demand planning, operations, logistics, and finance; provide timely status updates.
