Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a motivated Buyer to procure quality goods, manage inventory, and optimize supplier performance. You will translate demand signals into timely purchase actions, manage purchase orders, and coordinate logistics to meet production needs.

You will collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and suppliers while upholding cost, quality, and delivery standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and a commitment to ethical sourcing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain, or finance.
• 3+ years of procurement, inventory management, or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of MRP parameters and data.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management (35%): maintain optimal stock levels, review stocking models, identify risks, and update planning data.
• Procurement (30%): create/manage purchase orders, track orders, coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier Relationship Management (10%): build relationships, track supplier performance, promote ethical sourcing.
• Collaboration (25%): work with Demand Planning, Operations, Finance to align purchasing with production and cash flow.
