LATICRETE International is seeking a Buyer to procure quality goods and services, maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Supplier partners to execute procurement plans driven by demand signals and MRP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, inventory management, or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory stocking models considering demand forecasts, lead times, logistics, and supplier capabilities.
• Create and manage purchase orders, track orders, and coordinate inbound logistics to meet need dates.
• Resolve supplier issues (price, delivery, invoice discrepancies) and escalate when needed.
• Cultivate strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, Finance, and Logistics for aligned purchasing and cash flow.
