Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Buyer to procure quality goods and services while meeting cost, quality, and delivery objectives. The role collaborates with Planning, Operations, Finance, and suppliers to execute plans driven by demand signals and MRP, escalating issues to maintain supply continuity.

The position emphasizes stocking, PO management, supplier relations, and adherence to ethical sourcing practices as part of a global building finishing solutions company.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in procurement, inventory, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of MRP parameters and data; able to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Manage stocking models and maintain optimal inventory levels based on demand signals.
• Create and manage purchase orders; coordinate inbound logistics and supplier delivery.
• Resolve day-to-day supplier issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance and Procurement to align purchasing with production and cash flow.
• Support supplier performance tracking and ethical sourcing initiatives.
