LATICRETE International is seeking a results-driven Buyer to manage procurement, inventory levels, and supplier performance. You will execute MRP-driven purchase actions, create and track purchase orders, and coordinate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and make decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management (35%): stock modeling, regular reviews, risk identification and mitigation.
• Procurement (30%): issue purchase orders, track orders, coordinate inbound logistics, resolve discrepancies.
• Supplier Relationship Management (10%): build supplier reliability, capture delivery/quality issues, coordinate performance reviews.
• Collaboration (25%): align with Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance for schedules and cash flow.
