Job summary

Almo Corporation seeks a highly analytical Procurement Analyst to join its Planning & Procurement Center of Excellence. You will review purchase order requisitions, support business units with data-driven insights, and act as a subject matter expert on inventory, demand planning, and supply chain management.

The role thrives in a fast-paced environment, involving large data sets and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

2–5 years in procurement, inventory planning, supply chain analytics or related roles.
Experience with demand planning tools and data-driven decision making.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and procurement workflows.
Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large datasets.

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and approve purchase order requisitions for accuracy.
Maintain inventory levels across multiple distribution centers.
Analyze demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory performance metrics.
Create reports and dashboards to support decision making in procurement and forecasting.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and business units to optimize processes.
Identify risks and opportunities, proposing corrective actions.
