Almo Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Purchasing to lead all procurement, inventory planning, and vendor management for a $1B+ organization. The role focuses on optimizing turns, fill rates, working capital, and profitability while ensuring product availability and excellence.

You will drive forecasting accuracy, develop high-performing teams, and partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in purchasing or supply chain leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale inventory and vendor partnerships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Pro AV, technology, or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.
• Negotiate vendor terms, rebates, and strategic agreements.
• Develop and mentor purchasing teams; drive cross-functional alignment.
