Job summary

Almo is seeking a highly analytical Procurement Analyst to support planning and procurement operations across the company. You will review requisitions, optimize inventory, and provide data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on demand planning, inventory health, and supplier collaboration, with opportunities to develop dashboards and improve planning processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Certification in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and large data set manipulation; BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience with demand planning tools and inventory planning is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, inventory planning, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and approve purchase order requisitions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and optimize inventory levels across multiple distribution centers.
• Monitor supply plans, demand forecasts, and inventory performance metrics.
• Identify discrepancies, shortages, or planning risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support inventory, procurement, and forecasting decisions.
