Job summary

ALO is seeking an analytically sharp, process-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support sourcing strategy, financial analysis, and RFP facilitation for Alo's global retail store development program. The role blends FP&A with procurement to build models, analyze spend, and guide purchasing decisions across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end RFP coordination, budget alignment with Finance, and maintaining vendor performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, procurement, strategic sourcing, finance operations, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills: financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data normalization, dashboards.
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset; capable of building models from scratch.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with competing timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Excel-based financial models, pricing trackers, cost comparison tools, and spend dashboards.
• Partner with Finance on budget planning, Capex/Opex tracking, and period-end reporting for retail programs.
• Analyze vendor pricing, spend data, lead times, and orders to identify savings and risks.
• Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready summaries for procurement managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain vendor cost records and ensure data integrity across projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end RFP processes: bid packages, timelines, vendor responses, and analyses.
• Support sourcing managers in preparing memos and presenting bid outcomes to stakeholders.
• Track sourcing projects across workstreams and ensure visibility and schedule adherence.
• Maintain sourcing calendar and project tracker for RFPs, renewals, and vendor reviews.
• Assist with vendor onboarding docs, pilot coordination, and initial contract setup with Legal.
• Maintain vendor scorecards and KPIs (pricing, lead times, quality, delivery).
• Develop competitive pricing benchmarks and total cost of ownership models.
• Prepare presentations and sourcing summaries for internal reviews.
