UC Davis Health is seeking a Procurement and Contracting Manager to lead procurement operations, contract administration and strategic sourcing. You will oversee supplier governance, develop sourcing strategies and drive cost-management initiatives across a 100% on-site role at UC Davis Health.

The position requires a strong background in healthcare procurement, regulatory compliance and staff leadership, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional procurement experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in procurement, contracting, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract administration.
• Experience in healthcare, public sector or regulated environments.
