Duly Health and Care seeks an Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement strategy across the enterprise, aligning spend with clinical priorities and organizational goals. Qualifications

• 15+ years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience, with 5+ years as Director+.
• Experience leading procurement in a complex, multi-site healthcare environment.
• Proven track record delivering significant, measurable financial results through strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Deep expertise in contract strategy, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Strong command of procurement technology platforms and data analytics tools.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams across functions.
• Fluency with healthcare compliance frameworks: HIPAA,GLBA,PCI,SOC2, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Healthcare Administration or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree CPSM/CPM or equivalent certification.
• Experience with GPO strategy and contract portfolio management in a health system context.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the multi-year Procurement and Supply Chain Strategic Roadmap, aligning it to organizational strategy and clinical priorities.
• Advise CFO, COO, CMO, and Board committees on supply chain risk and value opportunities.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management with cross-functional buy-in.
• Deliver against annual savings, cost avoidance, and total cost of ownership targets across spend categories.
• Oversee GPO strategy and direct contracting portfolio.
• Define and enforce financial controls and compliance standards.
• Lead executive-level reviews with strategic suppliers to realize contract value.
• Define enterprise procurement policy framework and ensure governance across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure supply chain decisions support patient safety and care quality.
• Drive standardization initiatives to reduce unwarranted variation and optimize outcomes.
• Build and develop a high-performing procurement organization; foster accountability and growth.
• Champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision making within procurement.
