Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Buyer to manage day-to-day procurement, maintain supplier relations, and optimize sourcing across events and live projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership.

Hybrid schedule with in-office/show-site work 2-3 days per week; located in or near Dallas, TX area. Experience with Coupa and SAP SRM is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
• 5+ years in related work experience; trade show, event, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform such as Coupa and SAP SRM as heavy end-user.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement processes and supplier relations.
• Establish and maintain Coupa P2P catalogs including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Provide transactional support of requisitions, POs, and invoices.
• Develop category plans and sourcing opportunities to achieve savings.
• Maintain monthly supplier performance reports and coordinate reviews.
