Zusammenfassung

The Freeman Company is seeking a skilled Buyer to lead day-to-day procurement, manage Coupa P2P catalogs, and optimize supplier relationships. The role supports a global supply chain and will interact with leadership across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement, experience with Coupa and SAP SRM, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. This position offers hybrid in-office/onsite work with potential show-site days and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience accepted.
• 5+ years of related work experience in trade show, event, retail or hospitality industries.
• Experience with Coupa and SAP SRM as heavy end-user, technical owner, implementer, buyer or system administrator.
• Procure-to-pay knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.

Aufgaben

• Manages and assists with day-to-day procurement processes.
• Identifies new procurement and cost saving opportunities.
• Maintains Coupa P2P catalogs with products, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Provides transactional support of requisitions, POs, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Provides buyer role triage support to obtain proper reviews of requisitions that could require sourcing events.
• Compiles metric/reporting on regional and/or category activity.
• Enables suppliers by reviewing contracts and setting up PO structures to capture spend.
• Maintains internally managed catalogs by coordinating with suppliers and users.
• Assists and/or manages price change processes per contract terms.
• Tracks and reports on supplier issues, failures, and quality defects.
• Works with other Buyers to cover vacancies and develop buying strategies.
• Develops and focuses on SOP improvements; trains others on P2P systems.
