DuPont seeks a Strategic Buyer for Facility and Site-Based Services and Projects across the Americas. You will own spend, drive category strategies, lead sourcing events, and build supplier partnerships to optimize safety, continuity, and value.

The role requires negotiation experience, ERP proficiency (SAP/Coupa), and collaboration with facilities, operations, R&D, and finance. Expect about 4 days onsite with one remote day, and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation wins with measurable savings and solid stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) including supplier selection and negotiation.
• Build and manage an annual savings pipeline and report progress.
• Own or co-own supplier engagement plans and conduct regular business reviews.
• Assess supply risk and qualify alternate sources with technical and manufacturing partners.
• Negotiate and execute agreements, manage renewal calendars and policy compliance.
• Coordinate day-to-day buying: POs, price/lead-time, and invoice resolution.
• Support new product introductions and supplier transitions across facilities.
