Cartamundi Dallas LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Buyer to manage procurement, supplier relations, and contract negotiations to support manufacturing operations in Dallas, TX. This role emphasizes cost efficiency, inventory control, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in purchasing, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel. A hybrid work arrangement with some remote days is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven Buyer/Purchasing experience in manufacturing or corporate setting.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Certifications CPSM, CPM, or APICS CPIM/CSCP are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services in line with policies and schedules.
• Research, evaluate, onboard new vendors, and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or surpluses and ensure continuity of operations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure audits compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Finance to align procurement with project timelines.
