Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years procurement experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Intermediate Excel skills required.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase orders from requisitions using the company's purchasing system.
• Issue RFQs, analyze quotes, negotiate terms, and select suppliers by total cost of ownership.
• Utilize Ariba, ISNET, and SAP/S4 for supplier management and bids.
• Collaborate with internal requestors to understand specs, scope, timing, and performance.
• Maintain safety, policies, and compliance in purchasing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable exceptions and resolve root causes.
• Manage priorities and time to achieve goals.
