Cartamundi Dallas LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to manage purchasing activities, identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods to support operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or Procurement Specialist.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong numbers aptitude.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or APICS CPIM/CSCP are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & procurement: Execute and manage POs for raw materials, components, and services.
• Supplier management: Research, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; maintain relationships to ensure quality.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve best total cost.
• Inventory control: Monitor levels to anticipate shortages or surpluses and ensure continuity.
• Data & compliance: Maintain purchasing records, track orders, resolve discrepancies, ensure audits.
