Job summary

You will ensure compliance with DCR guidelines and state regulations while maintaining records and paying invoices promptly.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, supporting related business office duties, and serving as a backup for other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part‑time paid clerical experience including purchasing supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for the required experience.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review purchasing requests and determine availability.
• Secure bids and coordinate delivery of goods and services.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and shipping.
• Reconcile P-cards and ensure timely bill payments.
• Maintain purchasing records and prepare documents in WV Oasis.
