Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking and organization of vendor documents.
• Review pricing and specifications to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines; complete paperwork for acquisitions.
• Confirm that delivered materials arrived on time and meet required standards.
• Serve as contact for internal customer escalations, concerns, and troubleshooting.
• Present research findings to management for review.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team meets objectives.
• Has a direct impact on team objectives and related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
• Lead by example and guide the team through basic knowledge of practices and procedures.
