KDF Technologies, LLC in Northern NJ, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage production scheduling and procurement for diverse markets. You will create manufacturing orders, coordinate releases, and drive MRP to optimize inventory and production plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing purchasing, strong analytics, and excellent communication, with proficiency in Office and ERP/MRP platforms. Join our team to support on-time delivery and supplier performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of purchasing and procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems

Responsibilities

Create manufacturing orders and coordinate release to manufacturing based on production schedules
Handle all purchasing activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
Coordinate production control and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products
Drive MRP system to optimize inventory levels and production schedules
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
