Job summary

DFamilk is seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to develop and maintain the production schedule, manage process orders, coordinate procurement of raw ingredients and packaging, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead supervisors and staff, drive Kaizen events, manage inventory, and report KPIs to optimize costs and efficiency. Strong leadership, manufacturing knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or related curriculum preferred.
• 5–8 years of production planning or related experience with leadership.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities of supervisors and production staff to meet customer orders at lowest possible cost while maintaining safety and quality.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, develop, evaluate and manage performance of employees; enforce policies and resolve issues with HR and management.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and receiving; manage raw ingredients and packaging material coordination.
