Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Production Planning Administrator to support all production planning processes. You will maintain schedules for standard and key customers, provide orders with documents and labels, and help ensure material availability.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills (formulas/macros), familiarity with ERP systems, and a high school diploma. The role is on-site with a competitive hourly wage and potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Excel, including formulas and macros.
• Knowledge of ERP/LN or similar ERP systems is helpful.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for standard and Key customers for specific product lines.
• Provide production with orders including all the required documents and labels.
• Cancelling or trouble shooting orders that need additional attention.
• Evaluate material availability for Sales Order “Quotes”.
• Create and/or plan material requirements for outside vendor/sister company.
• Evaluate finished goods inventory for un-moving material and convert and apply to open orders.
• Run daily shortages report for specific product line including incoming material shipments.
• Process requisition requests from Engineering – new items – need several flags updated.
