KDF Technologies, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead production scheduling and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will manage manufacturing orders, drive MRP, and purchase items to fulfill production and inventory requirements.

Responsibilities include creating manufacturing orders, coordinating release to manufacturing, selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing orders and coordinate release to manufacturing.
• Handle all purchasing activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Coordinate production control and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Drive MRP system to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
