KDF Technologies, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead production scheduling and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will manage manufacturing orders, drive MRP, and purchase items to fulfill production and inventory requirements.

Responsibilities include creating manufacturing orders, coordinating release to manufacturing, selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.

Overview of Responsibilities

The Procurement Specialist will perform our production scheduling and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of creating and executing manufacturing orders, driving MRP, and purchasing items to fulfill production and inventory requirements.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
