Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in process improvement or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, change management, or related methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and operational optimization.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Design future-state workflows and governance structures.
- Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and execute implementation plans with stabilization and improvement.
- Leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance processes.
- Mentor consultants and associate consultants.
