Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in process improvement or transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging automation, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
• Conduct current-state assessments and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Design future-state workflows, operating models, governance structures, and optimization strategies.
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure performance and impact.
• Develop and execute implementation plans including stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance processes.
• Partner with technical teams to align requirements with system capabilities and roadmaps.
• Mentor consultants and associate consultants, sharing best practices and delivery expertise.
• Manage risks and ensure delivery objectives are achieved.
