Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Performance Consultant to join the Performance Consulting group within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB). You will translate strategy into results across major transformation initiatives and partner with senior business leaders to drive scalable solutions.

Lead day-to-day delivery, manage executive sponsors, and guide GenAI and analytics-enabled opportunities while mentoring teams in a collaborative, inclusive environment at the firm’s Plano, TX operations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6+ years in management/internal consulting, strategy, or transformation with impact.
• Experience leading complex engagements or multiple workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced structured problem-solving and ability to derive clarity from ambiguity.
• Strong analytical judgment to translate analysis into recommendations.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Experience using GenAI/LLM tools to enhance consulting delivery.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams with coaching and feedback.
• Curiosity to rapidly develop SME understanding of new topics.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of complex transformation engagements from diagnostic through design, pilot, and implementation support.
• Structure ambiguous executive problems into a clear engagement architecture with milestones and decision points.
• Direct multiple interconnected workstreams and ensure synthesis and quality.
• Manage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors in a matrixed environment.
• Own the engagement storyline and deliver executive-ready communications.
• Establish and run the engagement operating rhythm, governance, and quality assurance.
• Guide teams in identifying GenAI, automation, and analytics opportunities with business cases and roadmaps.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams with ongoing feedback and mentorship.
• Contribute to the broader Performance Consulting organization by sharing knowledge and best practices.
