Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Management Transformation Business Analyst to support an OCFO client, evaluating current financial systems, documenting data support, and shaping a roadmap for enterprise-wide Strategic Portfolio Management. You will partner with process owners and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop artifacts for sustainable governance and improvement.

• 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or IT portfolio management in a federal environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current OCFO capabilities and feeder systems, data flows, and reporting tools.
• Develop Current State Assessment and Roadmap for modernization and automation.
• Prepare briefs, decision papers, and progress reports for governance boards.
