Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Process Manager to drive strategic alignment and operational improvements across support towers. This role blends hands-on project management, data-driven rigor, and executive communication to influence outcomes and secure leadership buy-in.

You will manage end-to-end projects, present to senior leaders, and identify opportunities for efficiency through analytics and modeling, while supporting a positive, inclusive work environment and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 1+ year of Process Management or Risk Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree; 2+ years of Project Management experience; PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational projects from concept through launch with defined objectives.
• Develop data-driven presentations to secure executive alignment and funding.
• Identify organizational needs and optimize processes using advanced analytics and modeling.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), OKR planning, and budgeting cycles.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
