Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Process Improvement Consultant to join our team on a full-time contract basis.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to assess operations, identify inefficiencies, and drive sustainable improvements that boost performance. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills, 3–7 years in process improvement or related fields, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with varying priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management roles.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.
• Gather data via interviews, observations, and process mapping.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives, including documentation, standardization, and training.
• Lead change management and drive adoption across teams.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership with metrics.
