Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional certification.
• Active ITIL 4 certification.
• Experience in business process analysis and consulting.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience with gap assessments and ISO 9001:2015 quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analyses, workflow mapping and gap assessments for assigned Government departments.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to document current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations.
• Prepare process documentation, desk guides and quality management system artifacts required by each task order.
• Support ISO 9001:2015-aligned practices in process documentation and improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with the project director and other service leads on cross-functional process initiatives.
