Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives.
• Strong presence and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate at an executive level.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a strong aptitude for problem solving.
• Natural curiosity and drive to answer important business questions.
• Experience navigating within and across complex business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead process owners and SMEs through analysis of current-state processes and build business cases for improvements.
• Design, manage and implement strategic change and major initiatives aligned to GTMO roadmap.
• Drive end‑to‑end integration of workstreams and deliver solutions with requirements gathering, data mapping, and implementation.
• Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations and strategic updates for senior leadership.
