Job summary

You will translate strategy into action, establish clear accountability, remove barriers, and keep delivery on track while leading governance routines and ensuring timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project, program, or change management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading governance, planning, reporting, and risk/issue processes.
• Strong change-management with communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated execution across governance, data products, technology, and adoption workstreams.
• Build and manage program plans, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive reporting.
• Translate strategy into action, establish accountability, remove barriers, and keep delivery on track.
• Lead governance and stakeholder routines with timely decisions and clear escalation.
• Partner across business, technology, data, product, controls, and change teams to sequence delivery and enable data products and AI capabilities.
• Champion onboarding, communications, training, and adoption while simplifying workflows.
• Align investments and resources to enterprise priorities and outcomes.
