Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program, portfolio, or project management experience leading large-scale, complex change.
• Experience leading a portfolio or multiple related initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience leading change across business, technology, process, control, and third-party partners.
• Experience leading initiative intake, portfolio planning, prioritization, and readiness activities.
• Knowledge of program and project management governance, risk, controls, and execution disciplines.
• Experience directing matrixed project managers and addressing delivery concerns.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to identify root causes and escalate delivery risks with recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and related PM applications.

Responsibilities

• Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, and governance structures.
• Develops scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives.
• Monitors task execution, tracks milestones, and measures progress against KPIs.
• Analyzes risks, produces program reports, and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors to align with program objectives.
• Leads planning lifecycle activities from intake to readiness validation.
• Maintains transparent portfolio health with business, technology, control, and vendor partners.
• Directs Project Managers and provides tactical leadership or coverage when needed.
• Coaches Project Managers and collaborates on capacity and performance matters.
