D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking a Problem & Change Governance Lead to oversee IT Application Support governance, drive problem management, change enablement, and KCS integration across teams in a client‑facing financial services environment.

The role emphasizes coordination, metrics, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to improve service outcomes and risk management while ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in IT, business, or related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification is required.
• SIE and Series 99 must be completed within 120 days of start date.
• Experience using service-management tools to document workflows and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Problem Management process, standards, records, and backlog.
• Coordinate root-cause reviews and ensure clear owner, status, and action plans.
• Lead Change Enablement, CAB coordination, and schedule management.
• Develop and maintain change models for CAB approval.
• Produce metrics on incidents, problems, changes, and knowledge reuse.
• Coach teams on problem management, change enablement, and KCS.
