D.A. Davidson Companies seeks a Problem & Change Governance Lead to direct Problem Management and Change Enablement within IT Application Support in Omaha. You will coordinate the change schedule and CAB, drive root-cause analysis, and embed KCS knowledge practices to capture and reuse knowledge.

You will also govern metrics, ensure risk-aware decisions, and guide collaboration across business and technical teams, while maintaining governance records and reporting for leadership and audits.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in IT, business, or a related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.
• SIE exam and Series 99 must be completed within 120 days of start date.
• Experience using service-management tools to document workflows and governance records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Problem Management and Knowledge, owning standards, backlog, and metrics.
• Coordinate Change Enablement, CAB processes, approvals, and communications.
• Develop change models; ensure proper risk, testing, and rollback readiness.
• Coach teams in Problem Management, Change Enablement, and KCS practices.
• Ensure governance records are complete and audit-ready.
