Qualifications

• 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including some startup experience.
• Ability to thrive and drive consensus in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• An approach that leads with business outcomes over "activity".
• Curiosity to leverage AI tools to automate day-to-day workflows and improve speed/quality of hiring.
• Proven track record of success competing for elite talent and building relationships in the industry.
• Ability to drive process and influence cross-functionally to advance the ball despite obstacles.
• Enthusiasm about growth, change, action, and refinement: the market moves quickly and so should you.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build and execute on strategies to bring the best people into key roles at AngelList.
• Lead with data and market intelligence to help drive decisions.

• Represent and elevate the AngelList talent brand on the market, including how we're a beacon and who we attract.
