Gulf Companies in Houston, TX, is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across EPCM projects from pre-FEED through startup and commissioning. The role emphasizes CPM scheduling and cost loading using Primavera P6, with collaboration across project teams and clients.

The successful candidate will develop schedules, monitor baselines, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Business-related major is required.
10 years of industry experience preferred.
7–10 years of Project Controls experience.
Familiarity with nuclear project workflows is a plus.
Expert user of MS Project and Primavera P6.
Advanced MS Excel skills are expected.

Responsabilités

Develop CPM project schedules using Primavera P6 with resource and cost loading.
Interface with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to gather data for schedules.
Prepare schedule updates and analyses, compare to baselines and identify variances.
Identify corrective actions to mitigate schedule and cost impacts for the project team.
Lead reporting to project management on progress and status for decision making.
Maintain change management with tracking of cost and schedule trends.
Support staffing, budgets, and contract plans as required.
Coordinate with Finance and third parties for invoicing and cost tracking.
