Job summary

Gulf Companies in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to coordinate planning and scheduling across EPCM projects. You will develop CPM schedules in Primavera P6 with resource loading and cost tracking, and interface with project teams and clients to keep schedules aligned with baselines.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in Engineering or Business, 10+ years in project controls, and expert use of MS Project and Primavera P6, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Business-related major.
10 Years Industry Experience.
7–10 years Project Controls experience.
Familiarity with workflow and processes for nuclear projects is preferred.
Expert user of MS Project and Primavera P6.
MS Excel competent.

Responsibilities

Develop CPM schedules using Primavera P6 with resource and cost loading.
Interface with project team, clients, subcontractors, vendors to collect data for schedules.
Prepare schedule updates and analyses; compare current schedule to baseline.
Identify corrective actions to mitigate schedule impacts.
Lead reporting for project management including progress and status.
Maintain change management procedures and track cost and schedule trends.
