Job summary

Xometry is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership and the executive team. You will own the Sales analytics function, architect the dashboard and data ecosystem, and build quota and forecasting models used to guide revenue decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytics function.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytics partner to Sales leadership and senior executives shaping quota, territory, headcount, and pipeline strategy.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and identify the right questions to ask.
• Own the architecture, roadmap, and governance of Sales dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
• Design and refine sales performance and quota models to drive quota setting and revenue forecasting at leadership level.
• Build forecasting methodology with trend, cohort analysis and scenario modeling.
• Set analytics standards and mentor junior analysts across the function.
• Identify risks and opportunities in data and raise them to leadership.
• Represent analytics in planning cycles and advise on data-backed trade-offs.
