Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Pricing Manager to elevate how we approach value, margin and pricing positioning. You will lead a Proposal & Pricing team and drive strategic pricing initiatives aligned with sales leadership and executives.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management and Finance to build a scalable framework, analyze profitability, and implement governance for annual price increases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis in industrial manufacturing/distribution.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Strong product/industry acumen and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (P21/Epicor).
• Experience leading cross-functional pricing projects.

Responsibilities

• Build a long-term pricing roadmap with segmentation and profitability analysis.
• Lead pricing strategy for new products, market expansions, and strategic accounts.
• Develop, train and mentor the Proposal & Pricing Team for timely quotes.
• Conduct ongoing market intelligence to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to set market pricing using competitive intel.
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and pricing programs.
• Work with Finance to model pricing scenarios and margin impacts.
• Lead initiatives to improve profitability and manage annual pricing reviews.
• Implement pricing governance and margin-protection mechanisms.
