Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a high-performing VPII, Corporate Strategy Lead to join the Corporate Strategy team in New York. You will shape the firm’s long-term strategic agenda, translate complex dynamics into executive-ready recommendations, and lead high-priority initiatives impacting growth and enterprise value.

The role requires senior-level problem solving, executive communication, and hands-on leadership to coach teams and deliver strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
• Ability to lead complex strategy projects end-to-end and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy initiatives addressing growth, competitive positioning, operating model, and AI-driven transformation.
• Shape executive decision‑making by framing questions and delivering fact-based recommendations.
• Develop strategic narratives and executive-ready materials for senior leadership and boards.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Technology, Product, Legal, Risk and other stakeholders.
• Develop market intelligence on wealth management trends and competitor moves to inform strategy.
