• Lead enterprise strategy initiatives across growth, operating model evolution, pricing, AI-enabled transformation, and market expansion.
• Frame ambiguous strategic questions and translate analyses into executive-ready options for senior leaders.
• Build compelling narratives and materials for Management Committee and Board discussions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Technology, Product, Legal, Risk, and Corporate Development.
• Advance market intelligence to identify implications for strategy and enterprise value.
• Develop market sizing, financial models, scenarios, and business cases for major decisions.
• Support board and executive strategy sessions with decision-oriented pre-reads and updates.
• Coach analysts and managers to raise problem-solving and communication quality.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, governance, and execution plans across the firm.
