Job summary

Realtor.com Careers in Austin seeks a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to partner on revenue optimization across the lead lifecycle. You will influence inventory allocation, pricing mechanics, and geo-targeted strategies leveraging advanced analytics.

You will forecast lead delivery, build KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Pricing to implement standardized rules across the RDC ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, math, economics or related field with 5+ years of data analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL and experience building optimization models; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Shiny, Streamlit).
• Strong experimentation and statistics knowledge (hypothesis testing, regression, modeling).
• Cloud experience with AWS and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Define and align lead inventory allocation and optimization across geographies for Lead Intelligence.
• Develop and enhance forecasting models for lead delivery and sales pipeline; perform scenario analysis.
• Identify high-value leads by geography and intent to improve yield with rules-based allocation.
• Simulate impact of changes to product eligibility and allocation rules across business units.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure lead outcomes and revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Pricing, and Client Engineering to standardize rule implementations across RDC ecosystem.
