Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Soni is hiring on behalf of our client looking for a Senior Manager of Pricing Strategy to drive pricing across a large residential real estate portfolio. This role combines financial modeling, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue and accelerate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute home and portfolio-level pricing strategies
• Build and refine financial and scenario models
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing decisions
• Create frameworks for pricing governance and promotional strategies
• Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to align on go-to-market plans
• Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in pricing, valuation, revenue management, or finance (real estate background preferred)
• Advanced financial modeling skills; Excel and BI tool experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of real estate valuation and market dynamics
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced certifications preferred

Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
